Cuentos clásicos en inglés para niños

Los cuentos clásicos tienen esas frases por las que son conocidos, tanto en inglés como en español. ¿A quién no le suena eso de "¡Y soplaré, y soplaré, y tu casa tiraré!!", o lo de "Abuelita, ¡qué ojos más grandes tienes!?

Hoy, os hago una recopilación de las frases que podéis usar para contarles a vuestros peques algunos de los cuentos de siempre, pero en inglés.

Los favoritos del mayor de la casa son Little Red Riding Hood, The three little pigs, Goldilocks y Jack and the Beanstalk.

Little Red Riding Hood

• What big eyes you have, Grandma!

• All the better for seeing you with!  

• Grandma, what big ears you have!

• All the better for hearing you with!  

• What big teeth you have, Grandma!

• All the better for eating you with!

Three Little Pigs

• Little pig, little pig, let me come in!

• No, not by the hair on my chinny chin chin! I will not, let you in!

• Then I'll huff, and I'll puff, and I'll blow your house in!

Goldilocks and The Three Bears

• This porridge is much too cold!!

• This chair is too soft!!

• This bed is just right!!

• Someone's been eating my porridge!

• Someone's been sitting in my chair!!

• Someone's been sleeping in my bed.. And she's still there!

Jack and the Beanstalk

• Fee, fi, fo, fum, I smell the blood of an Englishman

Otros clásicos de toda la vida serían por ejemplo Sleeping Beauty, con su famoso "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairiest of them all?"

Tenemos también a "Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your hair, so that I may climb the golden stair"

Y no nos olvidemos del pequeño Rumpelstilskin y su cancioncilla "The queen will never win my game, for Rumpelstiltskin is my name!"
